Jameson Capital is pleased to announce that it has been retained by Cat5 Architectural Energy Systems, a Building Integrated Solar/Photovoltaic (BIPV) technology company to arrange capital and working partnerships.
Cat5 is an “American Made” lightweight solar panel where almost all existing roofs and walls can take its weight and producing 30% more power that its nearest worldwide competitor who manufacturers a similar panel in China. 80% to 100% of the non-cell panel materials are “Made in America”. The panel will be manufactured in Puerto Rico and subject to only 4% tax on its profits and no withhold – significantly increasing investor returns. The product is also of value in regions with limited electrical grids and disaster situations and easily assembled in developing countries.
